Vodyssey Review

Shawn Moore built a meaningful lifestyle by purchasing vacation homes, but with no downsides of traditional real estate investing. This, in accordance with his latest Facebook advertisement.

Before I drop my  Vodyssey review (formerly referred to as Lifestyle Asset University), you might consider watching this case study. You'll understand our online rental property process, which you might like even much better than what Shawn teaches.

What Is Vodyssey?

Vodyssey , at the least in line with the limited information available on the website, is a program which could assist you to invest in vacation homes without worrying about the pitfalls associated with traditional real estate investing.

Basically, it is really a coaching program that may coach you on how exactly to earn passive income by purchasing vacation homes. This program is created by Shawn Moore.

The web site is in fact not that helpful, as all it showed me is really a vague explanation of what this program is approximately, and before I can even look for answers in the video, they're already asking for my contact information.

When you have been an avid reader of this site, then I believe you already know just my stance as it pertains to websites that restrict content, and require personal information to access. It's only not my thing, as I'm worried about where my information ultimately ends up in.

That aside, there is really no other information available about this system, so I made a decision to dig only a little deeper.

IS REAL ESTATE FOR EVERYONE?

This part of the Vodyssey review is focused on explaining why the real estate industry simply isn't for everyone.

Those that do not have enough money to begin purchasing real estate are not automatically qualified. You can't simply enter the real estate market because you need to. Making your decision to set up a real estate-related business is really a significant step as it entails an important investment of both money and time.

Like it were simple, many reality shows romanticize the idea of making rapid money by purchasing and selling real estate assets. Be aware: this business strategy isn't as simple as it seems on television.

What's more, real estate requires serious manpower. You can find so many aspects in the business. Not just can you should try to learn how investing works; you also need to find out about another processes like renovating, interior design, and many more.

Knowing how to learn a real estate market is merely the beginning. You have an extended road before you, one that may be difficult as time passes.

If you intend to be successful in real estate, you will need the best resources. If there isn't enough money, I suggest starting an other form of business. Real-estate acquisition is not a cheap undertaking.

To win in this market, you will need higher than a keen eye for potential investments and some negotiation skills. I don't advocate entering the industry if there isn't both.

And then, oh yeah, you still have to place money down and make mortgage payments on any vacation homes you buy. At the least, until you start renting'em out. (But what are the results if nobody books?) Finally, after all that, some management company will bleed you dry.

Wow. I require a nap just considering it. For me personally, it doesn't matter what Vodyssey costs. It is a hard-no. I respect Shawn, but don't vibe with him at all. And the biz model? Compared to what I actually do? Yeah, no. Awful.
